Bearing Inserts

A range of UC 200 and UCX 00 bearing inserts with set screws are available as spare parts for our Pillow Blocks, Flange Units and Take Up Units. The inserts are available in both Normal Duty (UC 200) and Medium Duty (UCX 00). It is also possible for 2 Hole Flange Units and Take Up Units to upgraded to Medium Duty from Normal Duty upon request.

Tapered roller
Available in both metric and imperial (inch) sizes
• Gcr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel is the standard material for bearing rings and balls
• Stainless steel shields are available
• Seals are Buna Nitrile and fluorocarbon, silicon and Teflon seals are available for special applications
• Retainers for corrosive environment, misalignment or high speed applications are available in stainless steel, nylon or phenolic resins
