Weld On Hubs

Weld on hubs allow plates to be welded to a hub, offering a quick and convenient way for a taper bush option to be added to an assembly. For the larger hubs, welding relief is available within the bore to allow for slight distortions of the hub during welding.

Weld on hubs are available to take taper bushes from 1210 up to 10085 which accommodate shaft sizes from 11mm – 1/2" up to 10” diameter, although the larger sizes are only available by request.

Adaptors allow a simple plain bore to be adapted to take a taper bush without the need to machine a taper bore and fixing threads. Hubs also allow taper bushes to be fitted to components while minimising machining costs. A range of bolt on hubs and weldable hubs are available to suit the full range of imperial and metric bushes
